Dear Crowd,
We are happy that on Thursday, November 9th, 2017, we were able to hand over our second large food donation of several pallets to the Berlin Angels .
All organizations and associations that work to rescue food and support those in need with rescued food, such as food banks and food sharing initiatives , are our partners. And we want to support them with food donations. That's why we donate 20% of our collected food to non-profit organizations and social projects.
The Berlin Angels for the Needy (Berliner Engel für Bedürftige e.V.) help people in poverty by providing food and clothing. Anyone who can prove they are in need can receive food, used clothing, and furniture from the Berlin Angels for a small fee.Mr. Gnädig and his team from the Berlin Angels
was able to enjoy plenty of crackers,
Rice cakes and vanilla crisp balls
from our partner Helden Snacks .
Raphael and Gawan from SirPlus arrived at the Berlin Angels with a small truck filled with our rescued food and a film crew from RTL.
Then the three pallets had to be moved.
They first need to be unloaded and stowed away.
The film crew recorded everything.
In the end, there were happy and
Satisfied faces because everything went well.
The team from the Berlin Angels
was happy about the food.
