CEO & Co-founder
Raphael Fellmer
I have been a passionate food rescuer since 2009.
and I am committed to raising awareness of the issue. Initially as a dumpster diver, then during my 5.5-year money strike, I built foodsharing.de, which now handles over 150 million kg of food.
Food has been rescued by over 600,000 volunteers. Since 2017, I have poured all my energy and love into SIRPLUS to give everyone the opportunity to easily rescue food from their homes.

Since September 2024, I've been part of the SIRPLUS team – with the mission of preventing surplus food and other products from going to waste and giving them a second life in a circular economy. To achieve this, I speak directly with the brands, conduct negotiations, and place the products within our sustainable environment.
When I started, we had around 160 different items in the online shop. Today, we have over 400 – and we plan to add many more! Together with our partners and customers, I want to create a true win-win-win situation: for the brands, for the consumers, and for our planet.

Benedict Fellmer
I've been part of SIRPLUS since day one, supporting the company in the area of business development. My focus is on affiliate marketing, trade fairs, onboarding, and collaborations, but my real goal goes beyond that: I want to strategically advance SIRPLUS and contribute to making sustainable consumption more accessible for everyone.
I am passionately committed to reducing food waste and developing effective solutions together with partners. For me, business development means not only growth in numbers, but also fighting for a good cause, building long-term relationships, and supporting SIRPLUS on its path to an even greater future.

Irina Lyashenko
I have been committed to fighting food waste for several years and advocate for a more conscious use of resources.
What initially began privately – with rescued food, raising awareness in everyday life and actions within my circle of friends – has also been my professional mission since January 2025: at SIRPLUS I can now actively contribute daily to appreciating food and bringing it back into circulation.
I support our rescuers with questions and problems, maintain rescued products in the online shop and am the interface between shop and warehouse to make all processes as efficient as possible.

Digital Solutions Lead
Elena Marín
Since June 2025, I have been part of SIRPLUS – as an interface between IT and operational processes. I help to simplify and automate processes and to get the most out of our digital tools.
I am also involved in the relaunch of the online shop theme – with the aim of making our platform more user-friendly and resource-efficient.
I am very happy to be involved with SIRPLUS – the shared goal of saving food and using resources more consciously motivates me every day.

Product Partner Management
Olivia Kliemann
Since July 2025, I have been part of SIRPLUS – with the goal of working together with our partners to prevent food and other products from being wasted and to bring them back into circulation.
In product partner management, I am the direct contact person for our product partners and look forward to the exchange, new ideas and strong partnerships!
What motivates me? Seeing what we can achieve together. Because at SIRPLUS, we work as a team – for greater sustainability, less waste, and real impact.

Customer Happiness Management
Saima Wallin
Climate protection and zero waste are particularly important to me.
Since July 2025, I have been part of SIRPLUS. Here I can put my values into practice and actively contribute to reducing food waste.
As a Customer Support Manager, I support our rescuers in customer service and help ensure that all questions about our mission are answered quickly and warmly.
It motivates me to be part of a dedicated team that is passionately working towards a more sustainable future. Together, we are committed to giving surplus food a second chance – for people and the environment.
