Too good to throw away

SirPlus and 14 other projects have been nominated for the "Too Good for the Bin" federal award from the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture . The announcement and award ceremony will take place on April 18, 2018. We are incredibly excited and hope that this award will have a significant impact and bring about change in the current situation.

The United Nations and Germany have set a goal of reducing food waste by 50% by 2030.

In this context, we would also like to draw attention to the "Appreciating Food" initiative of the BMEL, in which Germany has also committed itself to the United Nations' goal of reducing food waste by 50% by 2030 and is developing strategies to achieve this.
