WHO WE ARE
We are a dynamic and experienced team with big plans for our social impact startup! We want to make food rescue mainstream for consumers and retailers, and bring surplus but perfectly edible food back into circulation with innovative solutions. Our first rescue market in Berlin, where we sell food that would otherwise be thrown away despite its good quality, will soon be followed by a second, but we're aiming even higher! Currently, our online shop allows everyone to conveniently participate in food rescue from home, saving both the environment and their wallets. With your help, we want to expand this area and keep things running smoothly!
D EINE R ETTERMISSION
- You will support the personnel planning, coordination and development of our SIRPLUS team.
- You will support the recruiting process by creating and publishing job postings, corresponding with applicants, and preparing and following up on personnel selection processes.
- You will answer applications and assist in the selection of applicants and the conducting of job interviews.
- You prepare the onboarding process for new SIRPLUS team members, including onboarding events, documents, etc.
- You work closely with and as an interface to all teams (marketing, purchasing, sales, warehouse, etc.).
- You will be responsible for creating and managing draft certificates for the team.
- Together with our HR expert, you will conceptualize guidelines, training and development concepts and help build up the HR department.
