1. Cancellation policy
(a) Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The following applies to the delivery of goods:
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
The following applies to subscriptions:
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lebensmittelretten ECOPLUS UG (limited liability), Taylorstr. 13, 14195 Berlin, support@sirplus.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may (but do not have to) use the attached model withdrawal form.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

(b) Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.
2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to contracts:
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification on your part is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs,
- for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery,
- for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature,
- Contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which we have no influence.
