A lot has been happening behind the scenes, and of course we want to share it with you. Our loyal partner Liefery has kindly provided us with a 150 sq m warehouse in Berlin-Tempelhof free of charge.

However, the great interest in SirPlus and rescued food presents us with new challenges. Our warehouse simply became too small, and we no longer wanted to store pallets with our very helpful neighbor , Hagemann Logistics . They had taken in over 200 pallets. Therefore, our motto became: New warehouse, new luck.
New warehouse just a stone's throw away
A new warehouse was found at the end of the year, in the adjacent building to our old location. Now, with over 1,000 square meters of space, our team has ample room to properly care for our food. A new refrigerated storage unit allows us to finally receive and store a large number of chilled products. Working in the beautiful new warehouse is now much easier. Over 1,500 packages have been shipped, and a staggering 300 tons of food have already been rescued. Wow, what a number! To put that into perspective: 300 tons is enough for approximately 750,000 meals. With that amount, everyone living in Frankfurt am Main could meet for lunch. YES: EVERYONE! For now, we have enough space in our warehouse to give every food item a temporary home and get it where it belongs: into your bellies.
