Barilla Pesto Rosso proves that pesto doesn't always have to be green, thanks to its delicious ingredients: the most important being sweet, fruity tomatoes. These are complemented by tangy Grana Padano and aromatic Pecorino Romano, along with a touch of Aceto Balsamico di Modena. This fine Italian balsamic vinegar enriches Barilla Pesto Rosso with an intense fruity note and a hint of acidity. Pesto Rosso is a classic of Italian cuisine and incorporates ingredients from its culinary tradition.
