Fancy a new take on the classic? With the vegan organic Banana Bread Mix from GREENFORCE, you can conjure up moist, aromatic banana bread in no time at all – effortlessly, but with full enjoyment.
340g of mix yields 910g of banana bread dough
Ingredients : Spelt flour *, sugar*, tapioca starch*, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate,
Acidulant: Monopotassium tartrate, cornstarch*, cinnamon*, nutmeg*, sea salt, cardamom*.
*from controlled organic farming
May contain traces of eggs, soy, milk, nuts and sesame.
Preparation instructions:
1. 340 g baking mix, 145 ml water or plant-based milk (e.g., GREENFORCE)
Vegan oat drink), 80 ml neutral vegetable oil and the puree of two ripe
Blend the bananas with a mixer until you have a smooth batter.
2. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan, place a halved banana on top.
Place on the surface and press down lightly. Bake the banana bread for 60-70 minutes at 160°C.
Bake using top and bottom heat. Baking time may vary slightly depending on the oven.
3. Allow to cool before eating.
Tip: The riper the bananas, the sweeter your banana bread will be!
