Naturata's vegan chili mayo contains no eggs. Sunflower protein is used as an emulsifier instead. Locust bean gum and guar gum ensure the right consistency of the cream.

For its vegan chili mayo, Naturata uses only high-quality Demeter sunflower oil, which is gently cold-pressed without external heat. The sunflower oil is deodorized with steam. This improves the shelf life of our chili mayo and ensures its delicate natural flavor isn't masked by the oil's aroma. The sunflower oil is blended with the other ingredients and thoroughly homogenized. The sunflower protein acts as an emulsifier, allowing the fatty and watery ingredients to blend more effectively into an emulsion. This step requires experience and a delicate touch.
